I acknowledge that the 20-minute implicit ramp factor is added to the generation schedules submitted by my company as the responsible SC, and this ramp factor is used in the settlement of Instructed and Uninstructed energy. During the transition of the above listed Generation Resource(s) from one SC to another, the CAISO software utilizes a schedule of zero where it does not have a schedule submitted by the SC for the transferred resource(s) and hour adjacent to the transfer. Therefore, the resulting Positive and Negative ramping energy nets to zero over the transition from one SC to the other. However, depending upon the interval INC and DEC price differentials and each SC’s net regional Uninstructed Energy quantity, the net settlement effect might not be completely offset.

I am aware of the potential Settlement implication and will make any financial arrangements I deem necessary directly with the contracted Generator Owner.

This letter certifies that the information is true and accurate for the above referenced resources.

Please inform me if you have any questions.
