New Log-in Procedures

Every franchisee or center employee with owner level access rights must log in and set up all of your users. Please follow these instructions to get yourself logged into the new system and to set up other users.

SCREEN 1

1)  Enter your new user name. This is your current user name WITHOUT the “PMG\center number-” that currently precedes your name. For example:

  1. Current login name: PMG\00001-John Doe
  2. New login name: John Doe

2)  For Password, enter your 5-digit center number.

3)  Click Login.

SCREEN 2

1)  Enter the password you would like to use in the future.

2)  Confirm this password by entering it again.

3)  Enter your email address (optional).

SCREEN 3

Existing user names are pre-populated from the old site. Here you will assign user permissions (see next page). You will also use this section to add or delete users.

To Set Up Existing Users:

1)  Select Edit from the right of the user name.

2)  Select a user permission level for this user. (see next page)

3)  Above the password section, place a checkmark into the box to leave the password field blank. This means that when the user logs in for the first time, he/she will use the Center Number as a password and then will be asked to create a new password.

4)  Click Submit.

Add New User

1)  Click Add New User

2)  Enter user ID and name

3)  Select a user permission level for this user.

4)  Above the password section, place a checkmark into the box to leave the password field blank. This means that when the user logs in for the first time, he/she will use the Center Number as a password and then will be asked to create a new password.

5)  Click Submit.

Delete User

1)  Select Edit from the right of the user name you wish to delete.

2)  Click Delete in the lower left of the screen.

User Permission Levels

·  Center Owner

o  View unrestricted content marked as viewable by Center Owners and below

o  add/edit/expire user accounts with Center Owner Rights or lower status.

o  Change passwords for self and users with Center Owner Rights and below.

o  Full web administration rights for .com website.

·  Center owner Rights (Surrogate Owner)

o  Same as center owner but may only add/edit/expire user accounts with Center Manager user rights and below.

·  Center Manager -

o  add/edit/expire user accounts with Center User status

o  change passwords for self and Center User Level accounts only

o  Restricted web administration rights for .com website, this means that a center owner can flag a center manager as having the same abilities to administer the site as a center owner

·  Center User -

o  view unrestricted site content only

o  change password for self only

o  Non administration rights for .com website.
