Nursing Manager in Valparaiso
Aperion Care Valparaiso is currently seeking an experiencedAssistant Director of Nursingfor our skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Valparaiso, IN. This individual will be a key member of the nursing management team – the ADON will be responsible in assisting the Director of Nursing on planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, supervising, directing and taking part in the operations of the community's nursing department. Successful candidates must be actively licensed RN’s (Registered Nuses) within the state of Indiana and have over three years of experience working within SNF’s – management experience is preferred.
