--- (2011) Aprox. Feb. 24-26, 2011 on CTV “The View” (Notes I made the day I was watching Whoopi, I was so disappointed in her.) Again Whoopi Goldberg is teaching people the wrong principle as done on earlier dates. She says, If your not perfect yourself you cannot point the finger at anything else. This is wrong, no one is perfect & teaching this principle is “counseling anarchy”. People should expect to be “policed” by others, to accept it willingly by others should do the “policing” regardless that the people doing the policing themselves are not perfect. This is what makes a healthy safe society. People have to have the guts enough to promote laws that will govern themselves in there own weakness. By Whoopi Goldberg’s principle taught, the crimes like pedophile rings in position of authority get to ride above justice continue with more victims indefinitely protection for children could never be achieved. What she is saying is very unhealthy there has been a misdirection some where in history which has made it into an “old wives tale”, to not speak if your not perfect. That leads to a corrupt society.
I checked my email account, there was a person who sent me an email saying, to stop sending emails that the person had sent this message 5 times before. I did not receive this message before this date. I wrote a note back to the person whom was on a Whipp St. / Ave. or Cres. that I did not receive this message before I do not have the email address listed with me of the address they were complaining about which had the word elegant or elegance in the address. It seemed intimidating. I asked if there were another address that was the actual address complained about because if they wanted me to remove an address from my records, I would have to know the correct on to remove it. I signed off “You Whoopi?” then sent it. Then my email address was shut down. Shortly after this, at my home, there was a news broadcast telling people to be careful that when then use some features of their computer it causes their address to show up when using the internet. (Feb. 07, 2011, I receive two notices to enter my apartment dated Mar. 08 & 10, 2011, by George Ohriling & Tammy Conway Rose Joe & Lydia Mizzi.- persons who appeared to me to intend my harm in the near past that look like Whoopi Goldberg are Alan Jones whom is my landlord with the Mizzi’s, Ron Gueye & Lucy Lucelle. they have a small lower jaw rare to Whoopi’s physical facial features.)(See arguments under this date in Argument section posted)
(In hindsight of Mar. 05, 2011) I realize why Whoopi Goldberg was making such a point for everybody to shut up, because they were about to abduct extort Charles 2 boys they wanted to make sure everybody got the instructions to “not help Charlie” help them falsify grounds to put him in a mental institution. It is my position that Whoopi Goldberg knew before the fact intent was to aid in abduction by her public intimidation for silence.

Leading up to Mar. 02, 2011: Q?s: Is it possible that Martin is not really Carlos’ biological father as Martin isn’t very supportive, they look very similar but Martin doesn’t seem supportive. could be in agreement to a plan with others to set Charlie up. Charlie is being ridiculed, bullied judged by the persons whom would normally be supportive, medias & including Betty White, so it is obvious that there is an agreed consensus by connected controlling persons in silent criminal organization to harass him take him down, like a team of vultures. Without criminal organization volumes of people do not decide to attack one person all at the same time just out of the blue in an order of events that time the destruction perfectly to occur to an otherwise happy life. Normally people are supportive. It is obvious to me in Canada, as I have watch the news, that a large number of people are all in agreement to be destructive towards Charlie all at the same time each in their small part so that when all parts are done together, Charlie becomes destroyed. There are most likely criminal instructions behind it in a preplanned attack to “look like” Charlie is doing it to him self. Charlie clearly had his children’s needs met they were in no danger.

Mar. 02, 2011 at 1 am, photo by Ethan Miller/Getty, Tues. evening police visited Carlos’ Beverly Hills home to take his boys, Carlos Irwin Estevez Surrenders children to Police, Brooke Muellercaused restraining Order in Los Angeles Sup. Court earlier in the day based on recent past allegations that Sheen was physically verbally abusive to Mueller, according to her declaration, "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane," Mueller stated in the document. "I am in great fear that he will find me attack me I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care." I believe this was done “ex-parte”, meaning without Charlie’s knowledge or right to submit a defence of innocence right in showing a restraining order against “himself” to be unnecessary. There was no opportunity granted for Charlie to show that the complaint of Brooke Mueller is false malicious. Judge Hank M. Goldberg stripped Sheen of custody of his boys – for now, (in this condition of lack of rights of which damages will continue into the future Orders made) – forbade him from communicating with Mueller or getting within 100 yards of her or the kids. At this point, although Charlie hasn’t been given proper venue of defence concerning the accusations, these “new orders of Judge Goldberg”, just being made, without right of balanced airing in justice, “will become the evidence” falsely compounding in slander libel, that “Charlie’s no good”.
If Mueller was truly afraid, she would have wanted the order made in the open, not as an ambush, not in secret. If you would believe a person to be dangerous, you would allow the alleged dangerous person to use the contracted proper legal systems as an alternative in their own defence to violence within your processes of obtaining a restraining order. Removing a persons right to defence would cause frustration, not relieve it. “Ex-parte Orders made” are large crime against the person/s that the orders affect that are unaware that the hearing is taking place the judge’s are the main guilty parties. I think we should do away with these “ex-parte” criminal processes do everything in the open. Judges that made these Orders should be arrested for aiding in various crimes, largely extortion of children property. I think ten years in jail would be a reasonable sentence to a judge that pulls a trick like this on a citizen on behalf of a citizen.
It is strangely standing out that exact wording of Mueller’s complaint. It is not the wording a terrified person would use. It’s the wording a person would use when they have planned to falsify a complaint. It’s like she’s an actress in the first place that doesn’t know how to appear to be normal at random, is acting that too. Also in the legal declaration she has claimed worry for the “safety of the children” yet she had described no details of evidence to support that statement. It is highly irresponsible for a judge at any time to strip a person of their rights or the right of the children to one of their parents based on no true proven evidentiary details. That is contrary to the best interest of society can lead to serious hidden harms to children families. If the police did not have grounds to arrest Charlie, nor did they have grounds to take control of the children’s decisions on Mar. 02, 2011. That is abduction. It is abduction when social workers take a child without police direction based on evidence. In these cases the social workers just falsify everything their relatives that are the judges just rubber stamp it. This leads to harm or death to children. The police under our contract are supposed to apprehend those child, return them to their lawful parents criminally charge the persons abducting the children under false guise of law where there is no law present or in effect. The police are not doing that, so the criminal rings are having a field day in teams abducting people.
