New knife—first release from up-and-comer Jeff Park.

CRKT®is releasing theCrossbones™ everyday carryfolding knife. Designed by Jeff ParkofMililani, Hawaii,this CRKT production model is modeled after his first custom release. And he’s set the bar sky-high for himself.The unique dog bone shape and sleek blade recall a paring knife or a fillet knife, but this one is truly thinner, lighter, and universal.

Ten years ago, Park got in touch with nearby resident, and knife industry star, Ken Onion. The rest is history. Park has been his right hand man ever since, and after much goading finally released a design of his own.This streamlined, 3.5” plain-edge blade is stamped out of AUS 8 steel, and features a satin finish. The clean lines, and contoured shape flow flawlessly into the handle’s design.

The slim, but easy-to-hold handle, is modeled after a dog bone, and gives this shapely knife its name.It’s made with brushed aluminum and the pocked inlay helps grip even if you’re out in it. The light, yet capablelocking linerprovidesconfidence while the blade is open and in use. Even though this knife may look like a showdog, it has capabilities like a Rottweiler. The IKBS™ ball bearing pivot system makes sure it assumes the attack position as soon as your daily duties rear their ugly heads.
