New JerseySHARES Welcome Ms. Sigrid S. Franzblau, Esq. of Riker, Danzig to the Board of Directors

Ewing, N.J.,October 4, 2007 ─On September 28, 2007, at its regularly scheduled Board meeting held at AARP New Jersey State Headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey, Ms. Sigrid S. Franzblau was elected to the Board of Directors of New Jersey SHARES, Inc.

Ms. Franzblau is currently a partner with the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Schere, Hyland, Perretti, LLP, one of New Jersey’s oldest and largest law firms. She is a partner in the firm's litigation group and practices out of their Morristown, New Jersey office where she concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, including class actions. Over the past 24 years, she has gained extensive experience in successfully litigating disputes arising out of franchise and distribution agreements, antitrust claims, and breach of contract and fraud claims in an array of industries. In addition, Sigrid has significant expertise in handling insurance and reinsurance disputes, through the courts and before arbitration panels. During the course of her career, she has also developed a niche in trusts and estate litigation, in both the trial and appellate courts. Ms. Franzblau received her Bachelors of Arts degree from BarnardCollege and her J.D. with honors from Rutgers University School of Law- Newark.
