VÖGELE's SprayJet technology has proven its worth over many years and is utilised in road rehabilitation and construction projects in numerous markets across the world. The new SUPER 1800-3i SprayJet boasts a huge range of impressive innovations.
Pride of place in this regard goes to the integration of the control panel for the spray module into the VÖGELE ErgoPlus 3 operating system. The spray module is configured as a stand-alone functional unit. This design makes the SUPER 1800-3i SprayJet easy to maintain and also able to be used as both a spray paver and a conventional asphalt paver. The maximum spray width is 6 m, but as a conventional asphalt paver without spray functionality the pave width can be as much as 9m.
It goes without saying that the paver also boasts all the features of the "Dash 3" paver generation. The "VÖGELE EcoPlus" package, for instance, significantly reduces both fuel consumption and noise levels. The new "AutoSet Plus" functions ensure quick and safe relocation of the paver on site and allow individual paving programs to be stored. "PaveDock", the sprung push-rollers, reliably compensates for the jolts generated by the feed vehicles in the feed process and, together with the "PaveDock Assistant" communication system, enables the mix to be transferred particularly quickly and safely.
