  • Two year ManufacturersWarranty

1.All warranties are void if products returned are abused, mishandled, modified, orpersonal damaged.

2.All warranties are void if the bar code or warranty label is removed or tamperedwith.

3.All warranties are void if the product returned is insufficiently or improperlypackaged. (Unit(s) must be returned with original packing, accessories, andmanuals.)

4.We accept item return or exchange within 30 days of purchase

5.For exchange and/or refund after 30 days, 15% restocking fee will apply to items not returned in their original condition.

JLINKS will pay for shipping on the replacement sent to our customers; however, shipping charges associated with returning defectiveproducts.

Evaluation fee will apply if the returned product is functioningproperly.

RMA unit(s) will be shipped back to the customer with ground service. Customers are responsible for the shipping difference if faster serviceneeded.

*Under the condition when JLINKS send out a replacement item(s) to its customer: JLINKS will have to receive the defected items within 3 weeks of the RMA date. JLINKS reserved the right to charge the customer for the defected item(s) not returned within 3weeks.
