Ingeneral,theProjectconsistsof,butis notlimitedto:

Selective demolition; cast in place concrete; miscellaneous rough carpentry, exterior finish carpentry, interior architectural woodwork; insulation, weather barrier, fiber cement siding, penetration firestopping, joint sealants; hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, access doors and frames, vinyl windows, door hardware; gypsum board, resilient tile flooring, resilient base, painting; wall protection, toilet and bath accessories; residential appliances; residential casework and plastic laminate countertops. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

The work is estimated to cost $ 338,000.00.
