New Accreditation Program for Agents

Captain Cook Cruises has today announced that it has launched its revised “Captain Cook Cruises Accreditation Program” for the travel industry on the company’s new website.

The new accreditation program is a self-training program for Travel Agents, Cruise Specialists, Wholesale and Inbound front line selling staff, Travel Industry students and Travel Industry professionals.

According to Richard Doyle, Head of Sales and Marketing at Captain Cook Cruises, travel professionals should complete the Captain Cook Cruises Accreditation Program as there are great benefits for those that do.

“Once you have become an Captain Cook Cruises Accredited Agent not only have you increased your skills and product knowledge which will result in you selling more cruises, but you also will gain access to exclusive marketing opportunities and industry rates and make yourself more marketable in the job market.

By completing the accreditation program agents will also learn how to easily navigate our new website and find direct links to any information they may need. They may even discover products they never knew existed.

All accredited Captain Cook Cruises agents also receive a certificate of completion” Continues Mr Doyle.

Currently the program includes two training modules covering Sydney Harbour and the Murray River, South Australia, with each module only taking 10 minutes to complete including reading the module and doing an exam consisting of 10 questions for each module. An easy sign in and sign out method allows agents to come back and finish the program at a time that suits them.

A pass mark of 90% is required. To get started visit www.captaincook.com.au/more-info/travel-agents/training/
