Re: NetSuite SuiteWorld User and Partner Conference

I’d like to request authorization to attend the annual NetSuite user conference, scheduled for May 12–15 in San Jose. The SuiteWorld 2014 conference looks like a great way for me to pick up new skills and best practices that can help us get the most out of our NetSuite solution and stay on top of the latest in cloud computing.

Last year, SuiteWorld drew more than 5,000 attendees and got rave reviews. The conference offers more than 200 breakout sessions and a chance to meet face to face with NetSuite product experts and other NetSuite customers to learn tips, insights and successful strategies. We’d also benefit by developing new networking connections with NetSuite personnel and other experts. We will also pick up ideas from some of the 100+ solution providers at SuiteWorld Expo. I’m confident the experience would pay off in better productivity, efficiency and ROI and help us drive forward on these projects:

·  [add project or initiative]

·  [add project or initiative]

·  [add project or initiative]

The total cost would be about $2,395, breaking down as follows:

Airfare: $ 500

Hotel: (3 nights at $200) $ 600

Meals: (3 days at $50) $ 150

Transportation: (round trip taxi from airport to hotel) $ 50

Registration Fee (standard rate expires April 30): $1,095

Total: $2,395

SuiteWorld should deliver outstanding value and be a great learning experience. This conference has numerous breakout sessions covering NetSuite’s ecommerce capabilities for B2B and B2C businesses, and customer discussion panels to hear how other companies use NetSuite. It looks like an excellent way to learn the latest features and how we can gain greater operational efficiencies and meet the growing expectations of our customers with a unified commerce solution.

Upon return, I’d submit a comprehensive post-conference report covering major takeaways, practical ideas/recommendations we can implement, and successes of other NetSuite customers. I’d be happy to share relevant information with key personnel throughout the company.

Thank you for considering this request. I look forward to your reply.

Regards,
