NEINVER starts the extension of FACTORY Warszawa Ursus

The first outlet centre in Poland - FACTORY Warszawa Ursus - will gain another 6,000 m2 of retail space. In modern interiors, 30 additional shops of popular brands will be opened - all offering their products at prices always 30% to 70% lower than regular. The extension coincides with the modernisation of road infrastructure around the facility. A larger car park will also be constructed.

FACTORY Ursus has been invariably popular among the shoppers in the last 12 years, since its opening in 2002. It was the first outlet centre in Poland and the first investment of NEINVER on the Polish market. We would like to maintain the leading position of the facility on the market, by taking the advantage also of the changes in road infrastructure in Ursus District - says Agnieszka Brzezińska, Country Manager at NEINVER Polska. New brands, which provide an even more attractive offer for the customers, modern and original interiors and an improved access - this is the upgraded image of the new FACTORY - she adds.

The extension of FACTORY Warszawa Ursus will start at the beginning of April this year. The opening of the new, extended centre is planned for September 2015. Direct connection of ul. Nowolazurowa with Aleje Jerozolimskie already allows for an easy and direct access from the centre of Warsaw and from neighbouring towns. The completion of another stage of infrastructure modification - connection of ul. Nowolazurowa with ul. Połczyńska will facilitate the access to FACTORY even more.

An underground car park will get another 250 parking spaces and the total number of available parking spaces will reach 1,000. The number of shops will grow from the current 80 to 110.

The extension will be associated with a thorough refurbishment of the existing structure and the construction of new space. FACTORY will be redesigned, the elevation will be changed and additional lighting will be installed.

FACTORY Warszawa Ursus was opened for the first customers in December 2002 as the first outlet centre in Poland. For the last 10 years, it has been the most popular outlet centre in Poland, hosting the shops of the brands favoured by the Polish customers, but also the ones from the upper middle sector, such as: Liu Jo, Guess, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Tom Tailor, Lacoste, Triumph, Reserved, Levi’s, Diverse, Vero Moda, House or Calvin Klein Underwear.

FACTORY Warszawa Ursus is located in the south-western part of Warsaw. The shoppers may access the facility from the city centre and from the
neighbouring towns not only by car, but also by public transport - buses and suburban trains.
