I am currently working as a consultant at Stockport college concentrating on improving the apprenticeship provision prior to this I have worked as an Apprenticeship Training Manager with lots of other roles and responsibilities, including the following. Lecturer, Trainer, Assessor / Internal Quality Assurer. I have developed good interpersonal skills throughout my working life which include excellent communication and leadership attributes. Within my current role as a manager and peripatetic trainer I have developed the skills of self reliance, leading by example and able to set SMART targets. I am passionate about the development of individuals allowing them to reach their maximum potential through motivation and support. Within my role I am a confident individual, team player, loyal, determined, adaptable and flexible. I seek and find solutions to challenges and maintain an exceptionally positive attitude. As a member of a large organisation delivering a variety of courses I have gained an enormous amount of experience working with a variety of individuals across different levels of management and organisations.
