Neenah Lax Fundraising Info

Welcome to a new season of Neenah Lacrosse! The program continues to grow thanks to your efforts along with the hard work of the coaches and kids. That being said, we also need funding to move forward. Operational costs for the club include equipment, coaching, tournament fees, uniforms, subsidizing helmets, WLF fees among others. We take every effort to keep our costs down and provide a great experience for the kids.

Fundraising is meant to help defer half of the cost per player to make the sport more affordable to each family. The suggested goal for a high school player is $250. $125 in fees and $125 in fundraising profit or buyout option. The suggested goal for youth players is $200. $100 in fee and $100 in fundraising profit or buyout. That total has been reduced from last years suggested totals. Last year the suggested buyout was $240 per high schooler and $120 per youth. Hopefully we can continue that trend into next year.

Once again, we have been able to partner with Victor Allen Coffee and True Value Hardware. We are able to sell mulch from True Valuefor $6 per bag with $2 for each bag sold going toward your fundraising goal. We are able to sell Kcups and coffee from Victor Allen. Kcups are $25 with $10 going toward your fundraising goal and coffee is $10 with $6 going toward your fundraising goal.

Example 10 kcups and 5 bags of coffee= $130 in profit toward your goal.

Example 20 bags of mulch, 3 kcups, 10 bags of coffee= $130 in profit toward your goal.

Example $100 donation, 2 kcups, 10 bags of mulch = $140 in profit toward your goal

This year we will also have shirts for each player that exceeds the fundraising goal by $30.

Please remember that this is a team fundraiser. Parents are always welcome to help, but the boys should be out knocking on doors to do their part.

The timeline will from March 1st through April 16h. Mulch and coffee pickup and delivery will probably be the first week in May. Checks can be made out to Neenah Lacrosse Club. Items should be paid for at the time they place the order. Money will be collected prior to delivering any items. When you are done selling, just email your totals to . You will keep your sales sheets so you know to whom to deliver the products .
