Tonight is iTunes Night!

Tonight you will be working together in teams to earn vouchers
That you will be able to redeem at our iStore at the end of the night.
Divide into 8 Groups: Whatsappers, Snappers, Googlers, Steamers, Tweeters, YouTubers, FaceBookers and Instagrammers.
1. iTunes Music – for most people the music part of iTunes is the most important. We use it to store our music in albums and to create playlists to listen to.
1. Guess that Song: Each group will listen to a few seconds of a song and see if they can guess the name of the song - they win a voucher for the correct answer.Get the full video on YouTube at:

2. iTunes Movies – another part of iTunes is using it to create a library of movies and video clips and to watch them. (Chris)
2. Shadow that Song: Each group will receive an envelop that contains a verse of lyrics from a popular song. They will have a few minutes to strategise how they will bring it to life on the stage. Backlighting and a sheet will be used so the audience will see a silhouette of their performance. The top 3 teams will receive vouchers ($100, $50 and $25).

3. iTunes Podcasts – many of us use iTunes to find, download and listen to podcasts from people who influence our lives. (Andrew)
3. Name that Speaker: Each group comes onto stage – one group at a time – and listen to an extract from a speech by a famous person and they have to guess who the speaker is. They get a voucher if they are correct.

4. iTunes University – a recent addition to iTunes has been iTunesU or University – where free educational videos and audio has been added. (Chris)
4. Know that Fact: Groups will battle it out against each other in a quiz to see how well they know general knowledge questions.

5. iStore – The iTunes Store is the place where you buy online content to add to your library – all you need is some pocket money and a credit card! (Andrew)
