NEENA DUTTA is the principal of the Dutta Law Firm in NYC. Her practice is primarily business, along with naturalization and family based cases. She is currently a Director on the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association’s (AILA) Board of Governors. Previously she served as the AILA NY Chair and has served on a number of national committees and liaised with various government agencies to improve regulatory practices and impact legislative policy. She has worked alongside non-profits and service providers on special projects, such as Citizenship Day, MAP (Military Assistance Program) and DACA Clinics. Ms. Dutta has also represented Pro Bono clients and most recently has spent a week at the CARA Pro Bono Project in Dilley, TX. Ms. Dutta has spoken and written on the topic of immigration law in various venues and conferences. She has previously been recognized as an attorney in theNew York Metro Rising Stars, Super Lawyers and Top Women Attorneys and most recently the SABANY Pro Bono Attorney of the Year (2016).

Cyrus D. Mehta, a graduate of Cambridge University and Columbia Law School, is the Managing Partner of Cyrus D. Mehta & Partners PLLC in New York City. Mr. Mehta is the past chair of AILA’s Ethics Committee; special counsel on immigration matters to the Departmental Disciplinary Committee, Appellate Division, First Department, New York; and is a member of the ABA Commission on Immigration. Mr. Mehta is the former chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council and former chair of the Committee on Immigration and Nationality Law of the New York City Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker and writer on various immigration-related issues, including on ethics, and is also an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches a course entitled Immigration and Work. Mr. Mehta received the AILA 2011 Michael Maggio Memorial Award for his outstanding efforts in providing pro bono representation in the immigration field. He has also received two AILA Presidential Commendations in 2010 and 2016. Mr. Mehta is rankedamong the most highly regarded lawyers in North America by Who’s Who Legal – Corporate Immigration Law 2016 and as a star individual lawyer in New York by Chambers USA 2016 in immigration law.

Avram E. Morellpractices immigration law at the New York City offices of Pryor Cashman LLP. He serves as Vice Chair of AILA’s national Verification Committee and serves on the Liaison Committees to the New York District of USCIS and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Mr. Morell lectures on immigration law to professional associations, educational institutes, and private businesses. His articles have been published in state-wide, national, and international publications. For several years, he has been ranked as a leading immigration lawyer by Chambers, The Legal 500, Super Lawyers, and other attorney rating organizations.

Matthew A. Roy is the founder of the New Atlantic Management Group, a business advisory arm that helps early-stage international businesses develop executive market-entry strategies and establish themselves in the U.S. From 2003-2006, Matt served as a Consular Officer at the US Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany, during which time he was responsible for adjudicating the high volume of Treaty Trader (E1) and Treaty Investor (E2) visa applications. Matt currently partners with immigration attorneys to develop successful business plans and application strategies for their clients seeking E1 or E2 status. Matt is a graduate of Holy Cross, and received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He currently resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, with his wife and four little girls.
