Naturopathic Physicians

Welcome!

Thank you for attending the 2017 Integrative Healthcare Symposium annual conference. Once again, we are pleased to announce CEs are available to attending Naturopathic Physicians.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to read this notice in its entirety as it contains important information and instructions on submitting required documentation, in order to collect a CE certificate for this event.

The following continuing education sponsors have approved this program for general credits:

Bastyr University has approved this program for up to 17.25* credit hours (general).
(does not apply to those holding a license in CA or OR).

The Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine has approved this program for up to 17.50 credit hours (general).

ATTENTION California License Holders:

This program has NOT been submitted to the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) for approval. A letter of attendance will be emailed to you post event for your records.

Sign In/Out:

NDs are required to sign in and sign out of each session. Practitioners must complete a sign-in verification form for the duration of the conference. Verification Forms must be picked up and dropped off at the Continuing Education Kiosk.

Your signature on the sign-out column MUST be recorded where indicated on the sheet. Note: If you do not follow this procedure, it is possible you may be disqualified from receiving full credit for that particular day.

Please note: it is important that you verify which sessions have been approved using the Course Approval List. This list is available at the Continuing Education kiosk and online: http://www.ihsymposium.com/annual-conference/conference/continuing-education

When signing in/out for the day, please be sure to include the time. You will receive partial credit for each day, not to exceed a full credit for each credit hour.

Post-Conference Instructions:

IMPORTANT: All forms (listed above) are to be completed and returned to the Continuing Education Table at the end of the conference in order for you to be eligible for continuing education credits.

Once Integrative Healthcare Symposium rosters are processed, a transcript will be sent to
eligible attendees, within 4 weeks following the event.
