/Many Natural Family Planning Classes (or Fertility Awareness)classes are held throughout Northeast Ohio so you can easily and successfully practice NFP in your marriage. The classes are great for those who want to follow the Church’s teaching on contraception, as well as those wanting to lead a more natural, healthy lifestyle without theabortifacient, cancer, stroke, heart disease, or other risks from birth control. Not only is going off birth control good for the environment, going natural is so much better for your health. NFP can be learned when you don’t feel ready for kids, are trying to conceive, or if you have already started your family.
Some Basics:
-NFP is 99% effective, scientifically proveneand easy to learn.Learning NFP is not a big time commitment with 3-5 classesoffered in-person or online spread over 3-4 months.
-Cost varies based on the curriculum and materials provided. Scholarshipsand payment plans are available. Plus, you no longer have to worry about the monthly cost or medical risks of contraception.
-You can use the CycleProGo app to chart your fertility on your iPhone, iPad and Android.
-NFP couples have much stronger, healthier marriageswith a divorce rate of less than 5%.

Need a Medical Provider who does not prescribe birth control AND teaches NFP?
Some of these providers offer NFP classes and treat various medical conditions such as male and female infertility, hormonal imbalance, issues coming off birth control, PCOS, & endometriosis. Please call each provider for specific info based upon your medical insurance.Many are advised to take birth control for medical reasons, birth control often masks the underlying issue. Many discover they feel much better off birth control.
