NATIONAL LEADERSHIP COUNCIL FOR DANCE

($2,500 minimum donation)

The National Leadership Council for Dance (NLCD) is a special group of highly recognized patrons of professional dance that wish to support and advance the field of dance in the United States. Members of the NLCD participate in the Council in addition to maintaining their support for their local dance artist or organization. Theyreceive the following specialized benefits:

Recognition in Dance/USA’s donor listings online and related print material.

Annual gathering in Washington, DC to meet with key leaders in the arts and culture which may include leadership at the National Endowment for the Arts, members of Congress that participate in the Congressional and Senate Arts Caucuses, and leadership at the Kennedy Center, among others. Future annual gatherings may take place in other major metropolitan cities.

Complimentary registration* for two dancers, choreographers, administrators, or trustees from the dance company/organization of choice to attend Dance/USA’s 2013 Annual Conference that will be held in Philadelphia, PA, June 12 -15, 2013. Includes Opening Reception, Honors Celebration, and Showcase(s). ($750 value)

Access to house tickets for purchase at partnering professional dance companies and presenters.

Opportunity to engage in national advocacy on behalf of the dance field on Capitol Hill.

Regular updates from Dance/USA’s Executive Director.

Opportunity to be part of a select group of dance patrons from across America that interact, share information, and support the advancement of the professional field of dance.
