Attached are the Circle of Love reporting forms for a local territorial court. Each report form contains the name and address of the National Chairman to whom it should be sent upon completion.
One of our goals is to increase the number of courts reporting their Circle of Love accomplishments in every area of the Circle of Love. The purpose of collecting this data is to share the best projects with Catholic Daughters in other states and to recognize outstanding projects going on in our Order. As was done for the last two National Conventions, a booklet will be produced containing descriptions of the top projects submitted in each area of the Circle of Love. It is our belief that the booklet is a useful tool for sharing new ideas. It not only contains a description of each project but also the name and location of the court that is using the project. This allows an interested court to contact the original court for more details or suggestions on the best way to implement the program in their court. This booklet will be distributed at the national convention and will be posted on the national website, www.catholicdaughters.org, shortly after the close of the national convention. Please encourage all local courts to share their most successful projects.
Attached you will find copies of the revised and updated forms to be used this year to report your wonderful projects and activities. The local territorial court form is for a two-year period, March 1, 2010 – February 29, 2012.
This set of forms is in Word format rather than PDF so that you fill in your report prior to printing. However, if any of the wording has been modified or changed in any other way the entry will not be considered.
