Interim Director August 2015-present Undergraduate Advising Center, University of Montana
•Oversee daily operations of an academic advising unit that serves over 2,500 students per semester.
•Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate 7 professional academic advisors, ensuring staff needs are being met.
•Serve as academic advisor for both traditional and non-traditional students, including international students, student Veterans, American Indian students, and students with disabilities.

•Serve as Academic advisor for student Veterans, International students, American Indian students, and students with disabilities.
•Serve as Academic advisor for 1st year Business, Psychology, Communication Studies students, in addition to being the academic advisor to Undeclared students with the primary goal of having students declare their major as soon as possible and transition into an academic department. Serve as initial point of contact for incoming student Veterans making the transition to UM.
•Oversee, manage and promote to students the Veteran’s Degree Plan Workshops, in collaboration with the VETS Office and the Mansfield Library.
