For nearly a decade prior to that, Ms. Barnard worked at Acxiom Corporation in Little Rock, Arkansas where she held several positions including Support Analyst, Database Developer and Systems Database Administrator. She provided clients and team members with 24/7 technical support related to Oracle anomalies, connectivity issues, UNIX processes and SQL jobs, and maintained database security and prepared monthly security reports for dissemination to clients and management. She also developed an automated process which provided weekly and monthly CPU and space usage reports to the client and the development team, and created an automated backup system to perform nightly exports of key production tables.

Ms. Barnard earned her M.B.A. in 1999 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she had previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems.
