Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum of one-year security experience is required.
Basic Knowledge (Level II) in written and spoken English and Fluency (Level IV) in Russian and/or Tajik is required. Language proficiency will be tested.
Must be thoroughly familiar with local area in which diplomatic post is located, including location, function and structure of various police forces, fire departments and emergency services.
Possession of valid driver’s license category ‘B’ with minimum of two years of accident free driving is required.
Ability to report facts accurately.
