WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY

INFORMATION SHEET

Natinally Renowned Academic Programs

Washington State University offers many academic programs that are ranked among the best in the nation. In addition, the University's large array of outstanding academic programs means that you will have study and research options in areas you are interested in or may later find yourself interested in. You’ll also find advanced computer labs, high-tech classrooms, and one of the largest library systems in the Pacific Northwest.

During your first two years at Washington State you’re likely to gain more exposure to real-world topics and experience than you would at most schools. You study freshman and sophomore curriculums that have become models for colleges and universities across America. And U.S. News and World Report ranks the writing program—which develops your writing skills regardless of your major—among the top 13 in the nation.
