Present: Boys- 22 Girls- 37 Leaders- Visitors- Total- 59

●  At 6:00 we played bingo before the meeting

●  At 6:30 the meeting was called to order

●  We started the meeting with pledges led by Emily Prestrud and Ashley Kliest.

●  Then sang to April Birthdays.

●  Roll Call was taken next.

●  Meggan added new photos to the Historian books

●  The Secretary Minutes were read by Bailey Kusilek and were approved as read.

●  Cassie Meyer read the Treasurer’s Report which was also approved as read.

●  Jonathan Woltman told us that there were 30 food shelf items

●  Jenna Lawrence told the club that the music group had won the grand champion for their “Under the Sea” performance and Molly Plummer told us that our club was also awarded a first place for the drama group performance

●  The Drama and Music awards were then handed out to everyone that performed in the group.

Old Business:

●  Caleb talked about the Relay for Life team:

○  We raised $574 total, but we can still donate online!

○  Max Pnewski talked about the water and bracelet fundraiser we put on at the event.

●  Allex Daniels talked about the Comforts of Home Visit- they played bingo and socialized with the residents there.

●  Jim Ashbach talked about the birdhouse projects he has been working on for the club. We have sold 12 so far and if you are looking for a woodworking project for the fair you should contact him for a chance to build your own bird house!

●  April gave a shooting sports update

New Business:

●  There will be a plant sale on May 7th, you must be 10 years or older to participate, but please sign up!

●  The Kinni Clean-up is April 30th, Tell Gwenn if you are planning on attending. We will meet at Glen Park at 9:00am

●  The Rabbit Workshop is April 17th at 10am in the Seyforth Building

●  Fair Entry Information was given out at this meeting, so be sure to read the information that April printed with your forms.

●  Check Your Informant as always

●  The Westside Carnival is coming up and they are looking for volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering call Westside

●  Contact Heather Johnson if you are looking for a rabbit to bring to the fair. It is a fun and easy project for all 4-Hers.
