As Per Clause no 6 (6.1.2)of your appointment contract, your employment demandsthree months’ notice pay which is applicable for both the side. Notice pay will be calculated on basic components as mentioned above. Other terms and conditions are remain unchanged as per your appointment contract.
Any change in the terms and conditions will be communicated to you in writing.
