_____ 1. Temporary office, model home or model apartment, and incidental signs thereof, both incidental and necessary for the sale, rental, or lease of real property in the zoning district. Maximum time permitted: 18 months. (See chapter 10, sign Standards, for further regulations of such incidental signs.)

_____ 3. Temporary building or yard for construction materials and equipment, such use must be both incidental and necessary to construction. Maximum time permitted: 18 months.

_____ 7. Placement of a manufactured home as a temporary office on-site during construction and development and located outside of a local municipality, but within the jurisdiction of the White County Area Plan Commission. Maximum time permitted: 18 months.

_____ 8. A temporary manufactured home may be moved onto a lot and be used as a temporary residence per Section 3.40 of this Ordinance.

_____ 9. Other similar uses deemed temporary by the Board of Zoning Appeals and attached with such time period, conditions and safeguards as the Board may deem necessary.

Standards:

  1. Adequate access and off-street parking facilities shall be provided for each temporary use. No such access or off-street parking shall interfere with traffic movement on adjacent streets.
  2. No public address systems or other noise producing devices associated with a temporary use shall be permitted in a residential district.
  3. Any flood lights or other lighting associated with the temporary use shall be directed upon the premises and shall not adversely impact adjacent properties.
  4. No banners, pennants or unnecessary signs associated with a temporary use shall be permitted in any residential district.
  5. The lot shall be put in clean condition devoid of temporary use remnants upon expiration of the temporary use permit.
