Consultancy Experience:
Worked as a Senior Consultant with USAID/EDC. The work related to research activities of the Institutional Excellence Project. It involved evaluation of the research progress, problems encountered and their possible solutions during the program. It also involved providing assistance & advice to all the personnel involved in the program. Assistance/advise to USAID & EDC in publishing a reference handbook pertaining to information related with complete mechanism of operation for similar projects for the future; arranging three workshops and two national conferences on the subject, was also provided. A final report of the project was submitted to the USAID.
Advisor (Technical) with the Murree brewery Company from 1990-1992. Worked as Advisor under an informal arrangement on enhancing the quality and productivity of Murree Brewery & Tops products.
