Subject: Separation and quantification of proteins with CIEF-laser-induced fluorescence whole column imaging detection after labeling with by some labeling reagents

1998-2004ReceivedPh.D in Analytical Chemistry fromIsfahanUniversity of Technology, Isfahan, Iran, September 29th, 2004.

Subject:Design and construction of Ion-Selective Electrodes and application of Adsorptive Differential Pulse Stripping Voltammetry for the determination of some anions ( , , , ,, Salicylate) and cations (, , )

Supervisor:Prof. M.K. Amini and Prof. H. Rahimi Mansour

1994-1997Received Master of Science degree in Analytical chemistry fromTehranUniversity, Tehran, Iran, February, 1997

Subject: Use of the triiodide–hexadecylpyridinium chloride micellar system for the kinetic determination of tungsten (VI)

Supervisor: Prof. F. Shemirani

1990-1994Received Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry from Tehran University, Tehran, Iran, July, 1994.

1987-1990Received High School diploma in natural sciences from 15thKhordadHighSchool. Sari, Iran.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Application of new preconcentration methods for the analysis (e.g. dispersive liquid liquid microextraction, liquid phase microextraction and …)
  2. Construction and electrochemical studies of sensor based on glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-wall carbon nanotubes or glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotube/chitosan composite and its application in measuring small amounts separately and simultaneously acetaminophen and mefnamic acid in samples pharmaceutical and biological.
  1. Application of Capillary Isoelectric Focusing with UV and Laser Induced Fluorescence Whole Column Imaging detectionfor the separation of proteins and other biomolecules.
  2. To develop and assemble a capillary electrophoresis (CE) system for the analysis of drugs and pesticides in the Waterloo University. This will be coupled to an existing electrospray ionization mass spectrometer for detection. The CE system will be designed to accept either SPME fibres or small volume liquid samples.
  3. Application of SPME-GC and GC-MS techniques for sample preparation and analysis.
  4. Quantification and qualification analysis of water and wastewater samples with different instrumental methods.
