In order to receive your credit in a timely and accurate manner, it is essential that you please follow this process. The information below will help expedite your request for a return authorization number. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A RETURN WITHOUT AN APPROVED AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you receive. If there is a problem, we’ve made it easier to complete your return or ask for a replacement. When using the return formattached,your request will be acknowledged within 24 hours by our Customer Service Department. You can also be assured that your return will be processed as quickly and accurately as possible. If you are requesting a call tag please specify if you want to receive it by fax, email, UPS or regular mail. If you are using the original package, please place the call tag over the original address label.
To receive a Return Authorization Number please Fax or Email to:
Merchandise Returns at: 248-541-3523 or email to:: place in the subject line: MERCHANDISE RETURN. If you do not have a Fax or Email available, please call Nalpac and ask for Customer Service. Place in reason for return area; Galley Return (GA), Miss- Shipments (MS), Defective and damaged merchandise (D). Please list the Nalpac item numbers or the manufacturer equivalent. Also,you must have the Nalpac Invoice Numberassociated with the items being returned for credit. If, you don’t include the requested information, your request for a Return Authorization Number is likely to be delayed. If, you would like the product to be replaced please request and indicate the item as a replacement in the reason for return area.

Authorizations expire 60 days from date of issuance. If returns are not in our warehouse by that date, you must call our Customer Service Department and request a new authorization number. Our Returns Department cannot accept the expired return. To receive proper credit only the listed items should be returned. Additional, unauthorized items sent in the return will not be credited to your account and will be returned at the expense of the customer or discarded at your request.
