Came to College Station in 1994. Used to run the fire school. Son John Wayne Fellers.

Spent 22 years in the military "messing up environment". Honor for him to be apart of a company that provides microbes to clean up the waste. Has been working with the company for 15 years. Working to keep the environment a lot cleaner. Microbes can eat a lot of waste prepared to size.

Bioaugmentation

Build products with bacteria with end results of zero impact on environment.

Growing industry: environmental cleanup.

Addition of specialized microorganisms to stimulate a desicred effect.

Biocillis bacteria---long shelf life, lasts millions and millions of years. King Tut's tomb contained antrax and killed ever visitor.

Bacterial Enzymatic Activity---Sends out enzyzes to detect if food is right. Biproduct is CO2 and Water.

Difference between enzymes and microbes is end results. Enzymes change form but don't get rid of it.

Bacteria Safety Tests

Acute Inhalation

Oral ingestion

Contact hypersensitivity

fermentation

bacteria fingerprinting

Products:

Micro-Blaze emergency liquid spill control: railroad's don't need to dig up tracks if spill. Ex: oil spill for 85 miles, used sprayers on train car, took 30 days to clean up. Ex: 6,000 gallons crude oil spill.

TPH: hydrocarbons

Micro-blaze Out: helps put out fires. Tires difficult to put out with just water. 1% solution of product put out fire quickly and cleaned up the diesel. Sootless, colorless, EPA regulations passed.

Micro-blaze Out 1%: 3 oz in 2 gallons water

Micro-blaze FOG: fats, oils, grease. Ex: catfish pond. Microbes grow and regulate themselves based on the food that's available.

Micro-blaze APT: 1 gallon of concentrate per surface acre. 1 gallon a month maintenance, constant reducing in numbers and then insurance (maintenance).

Catfish pond: five feet deep for 10 acres. Takes 9 months to grow catfish. All differnt sizes. Microbes eat all sludge, otherwise catfish are living in sludge. Ponds would allow 3 feet of sludge. 4 hours to seine sludge side, 45 minutes for clean side. More efficient in fuel, energy, and tools.

Micro-Blaze Turf-Care 3: longer roots and healthier canopy.

Micro-Blaze AGRO: sprayed in hay field. Make fertilizer more efficient. Microbes convert fertilizer so root system can use it, better use, less runoff into waterways.

Micro-blaze CSR: concrete stain remover.

Micro-blaze Septic solution: Railway solution bacteria package. Removing grease and stains from clothing, pet accidents, toilet area, fuel smells from hands.

Valero 210 foot storage tank with floating roof to decrease vaporization. Floating roof got hit by lightening, spreading gas across 12 acres.

No internships, but distributors hire a lot of people.

LSU had project they worked on for 25 years. Micro-blaze cleaned it up in 28 days. Whoop! BTHO LSU.

Nov 4: BESC professionals board, NAEP, and career center. Sign up students who want to practice interview skills and have specific mentoring.
