Pro-actively liaise and coordinate with various Operation & Maintenance departments in the Company.

Liaise with Inventory Supervisor/Stock analyst for any stock discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities

To support and assist fleet management in handling Company's Materials/Equipment efficiently.

To supervise, co-ordinate and control of CMMS data input.

Monitor all CMMS inbound and outbound material movement

Ensure pick lists are printed and distributed to operation disciplines on time and accordingly to enable them to pick, pack and issue within the set ROS date

Ensure all pick lists for Materials Issues, Materials Receipts, Transfers and Returns are timely processed.

Ensure Materials are coded, labelled, preserved and are visible at point of storage.

Improve traceability of materials by updating all the necessary details in CMMS to improve and maintain accuracy of available of stock balances.

Ensure stock difference is at the lowest possible level.

Liaise with Stock analyst to ensure that stock discrepancies are timely addressed and updated accordingly in CMMS.

Liaise with CMMS Material Master Records Maintainer to ensure that all the necessary changes are updated.

Run CMMS related reports as and when required

Control and maintain an effective physical quality of materials in storage.

Ensure the integrity of the Warehouse Data Management is maintained.

Maintain high standard of housekeeping.

Ensure that Inventory & Warehouse Policy/Procedures/Guidelines are read, understood and complied with.

Identify and highlight slow/fast moving items.

Locate all the receipt of new items in store within 24hrs. & record the necessary data on delivery note e.g. item number, bin location etc. prior to perform MRR in MAXIMO.

Provide weekly & monthly consumption of plant chemicals.

Maintain proper records of NCR (Non Conformance Report).

Issue proper gate-pass to all the outgoing stock items to user.

Interact with user for technical inspection of all incoming stock items.

Maintain proper filing system of all the partial/complete receipt purchase orders.

Maintain proper security/locking system in Warehouses & restrict user to enter warehouse without permission.
