N.E.W. Master Gardeners’ Plant Sale (May 26-27, 2017) “From Our Gardens to Yours”

Donating Plants Instructions

You will be contacted by Becky Brundidge and her committee about what plants you might be donating.

Among the things we learned from the last year’s plant sale:

  • We need information way ahead of time about what plants will be donated so we can have detailed plant labels ready.
  • We need to have the donated plants easily identified.

The Basics:

  • Decide which and how many of each plant you might dig up. (If you don’t end up digging it, that’s OK.) This information will also be used to make a plant labels.
  • Email or call Dan Mitchell (497-8444) with the name of each plant.
  • Dan will email or call you with a unique number for you to put on each kind of plant.
  • Write that number on each of the pots. When you drop off the plants, we will match the number on the pot with the label that will have that number on it plus information about the plant: light, soil, water needs, size; spacing, etc.
  • Do you need one-gallon pots?Contact Rob Dreher, 920-339-3247 or
  • Do you need help digging? Rob Dreher, 920-339-3247 or
  • To volunteer for the sale or sale setup, contact Steve Herro, 920-217-8213 or
