MyFit’s Virtual Nutrition and Fitness Program is designed for anyone who desires to live a healthy lifestyle and become a better version of themselves. Because our program is virtual, you can receive the coaching, guidance, and motivation you need from anywhere in the world! MyFit uses apps that allow you to share your daily food logs with your coach for weekly analysis at which time you will receive written feedback and goals for the following week. We also use fitness apps that allow you, with the guidance of your coach, to choose the fitness training that best boosts your metabolism. These metabolic circuit exercises can be done anywhere-at home, in hotels, in your workplace, etc.

Twelve weeks of coaching gives you the added support you need while you develop the consistency needed to form healthy habits. This, in turn, leads to healthy lifestyle changes.
