What is the role of line and top management in successful HR innovation? And, how does HR innovation enable firms to compete better?These are the measuring criteria against which you will be scored by the judges, wherein the winners will have outdone the rest.”
KEY CRITERIA:
The judges will give your entry a score for each of the four sections contained in this entry form:
(i.) Vision & goals; (ii.) Implementation; (iii.) Impact; and (iv.) Future initiatives.

§ What business problem did you want to solve with your plan; what business opportunities were you looking to pursue?
§ How did you get buy-in from top management and line-of-business managers?

2. Implementation

3. Impact

§ What business/commercial benefits did your strategic plan deliver?
§ What were the unintended positive consequences of your innovative strategy?
§ What did key stakeholders, such as top management and line managers, say after your HR innovation was implemented?

4. Future initiatives
