MVP100/Phone.com Setup Guide

We offer these instructions to assist in configuring your InFocus device. Every SIP service provider decides what SIP features it will support. Third party SIP services may only allow audio calls. InFocus does not guarantee any functionality provided by these services.

Getting SIP Credentials for Phone.com

1)  When signing up for the service, make sure to have your extensions configured as softphone extensions. (Contact Phone.com support to have this done)

2)  Once you are signed up and your extensions are configured, sign-in to your Phone.com user interface https://control.phone.com/login

3)  Next, simply scroll over Configure > Click on “Manage Users/Extensions” > Click on "Edit" to the right of your extensions > Click on "View Server Details" (TOP RIGHT CORNER). You will need the following SIP credentials: SIP Proxy, Username, and Password information in order to set up the MVP100.

MVP100 Setup

1)  In order to sign-in to the MVP100 web interface, you will first need to know the phone’s IP address. You can find this on the “Status” screen of the phone by pressing the “Settings” hard button.

4)  An authentication box will pop-up > in the “Username” field type admin > in the “Password” field type 4321 then click the “Log In” button.

5)  You will now be on the MVP100 web interface dashboard page. From here you can enter the SIP credentials you received from the Phone.com user interface by clicking the “Account” tab toward the top of the screen and then choose one of the three “Accounts”.
