The Mall of Oman is part of a wider $1.33bn (OMR515m) investment in the country by Majid Al Futtaim, which has also announced the construction of City Centre Sohar and My City Centre Sur in theSultanate.

Project accommodates PASI Headquarters in one tower, Office Buildings in one tower and mixed Commercial and Residential blocks in other 8 towers.

  • Kempinski Hotel – Oman, Apartments Building

[Execution works of Entire Building Structural Works competed and finishing works going on]

The project value of 120million comprises the construction of five star 309 key beach front resort hotel and 68 hotel apartments. The hotel building consists of common basement (car park & service area) with (G+4) five story buildings. The apartment building consists of basement (car park & services area), Mezzanine floor with (G+4) five story building. Total floor area is approximately 73,286 m2.

[The tower is officially the tallest structure in Abu Dhabi (Time of 2009-2010) and act as a visual reference point and gateway to SHAMS Abu Dhabi. Sky Tower is 74 floors and will be almost equally divided into residential apartments and commercial space and also included 65 floors tower named as Sun Tower.]

  • PPM Conrad Hotel – Dubai.

[One of the prestigious five star hotel projects in Dubai which contains a 51 floors tower with 3+7 floors of podium and also having separate podium for parking.]

  • Zayed University (Partially Involved) – Abu Dhabi.

[The project calls for development of Zayed University campus in Abu Dhabi. The new campus site covers an area of 80 hectares and will contain all academic buildings, recreation facilities and residential accommodation.]
