Experiences
1. Head of Salary Finance Department of Jordanian Armed Forces for two years 1986 --1987 where I worked with all sections of the Finance Department of the Armed Forces including the preparation of salaries, organization of the budgets , graduation , upgrading and others.
2. Auditor in the Court of Accounts at all ministries and government departments , official of administrative and technical services in the Directorate of administrative control for 19 years 1988 - 2006, and where I had carried out auditing works in all government ministries and public institutions participating in the committees of bids and purchases both inside and outside Jordan. In this period I have been participating in the investigation and audit committees, administrative and financial development committees and the preparation of the organizational structures of many government ministries such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and the Central Bank.
3. Economist at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for a year. 2006 -2007 for shale and wind power generation projects where I participated in the evaluation of the economic feasibility studies for projects of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for mining shale and wind power generation, solar energy and other economic projects operating in the areas of energy and Mineral Resources.
4. Assistant Professor in Economics, Finance and Banking Department at Balqa Applied University for 7 years from 2007 - to date where I have taught economics and finance-related courses and some of the relevant accounting items such as administrative accounting, Financial Statement Analysis and Government Accounting where I have focused on topics related to financial management, account management, administrative control and general management of investments and assets.
Additional professional experiences:
First - part-time lecturer in many public and private universities and scientific centers.
1. Part-time lecturer in Jordan University /Department of Accounting and Finance.
2. Part-time lecturer at Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Jerash University.
3. Part-time lecturer at World Islamic Sciences and Education University.
4. Holding Training courses in international dialogue Center-Jordan and in Minhaj Academy for training and consulting-Jordan, the Arab Professional Group Center- in different financial and accounting topics for several government ministries and public institutions such as the uses of accounting in the public administration and its applications, and the use of financial analysis in the administrative and financial decision making, the use of documentary credits in foreign trade, and other courses.
5. Trainer in Jelwan International Center where I have been giving training courses in Sharjah, Dubai and other Arab countries in different financial and administrative accounting skills in topics relating to administrative decision-making through financial accounting programs and various tools.
6. The participation in the implementation of training courses through the British Council relating to financial and administrative decisions and their types, where a course has been held in this regard in Lebanon to in favor of British Council for Training.
7. Supervision over Master thesis for many students in the Graduate faculty in Balqa Applied University in Faculty of Planning and Management.

الخبرات العمليه:
1 - رئيس قسم الرواتب للدائرة المالية للقوات المسلحة الأردنية لمدة سنتين.1986 – 1987 حيث تم العمل بجميع اقسام الدائره الماليه للقوات المسلحه من اعداد رواتب وتنظيم موازنات وتخريج وترفيع وغيرها .
2 - مدقق أول حسابات في ديوان المحاسبة في جميع الوزارات والدوائر الحكوميه ومسؤول الخدمات الإدارية والفنية في مديرية التدقيق والرقابة الإدارية لمدة 19 سنة. 1988 - 2005
حيث تم التدقيق السابق واللاحق على جميع الوزارات الحكوميه والمؤسسات العامه والمشاركه في لجان العطاءات والمشتريات داخل وخارج الاردن .
3 - مستشار إقتصادي في وزارة الطاقة والثروة المعدنية لمدة سنة. 2006 - لمشاريع الصخر الزيتي وتوليد الطاقه بالرياح . حيث تم المشاركه في تقييم دراسات الجدوى الاقتصاديه لمشاريع وزارة الطاقه والثروه المعدنيه المتعلقه باستخراج الصخر الزيتي وتوليد الطاقه بالرياح والطاقه الشمسيه وغيرها من المشاريع الاقتصاديه
4 - أستاذ مساعد في كلية الاعمال في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لمدة 10 سنوات من عام 2005 - ولغاية تاريخه. وتم اخذ قرار ترقيه لاستاذ مشارك حيث تم تدريس المواد المتعلقه بالماليه والاقتصاد وبعض المواد المحاسبيه ذات العلاقه مثل المحاسبه الاداريه وتحليل القوائم الماليه.وادارة الاستثمارات وادارة المصارف واسواق ماليه ومؤسسات ماليه وبنوك وتمويل واسواق راس المال وادارة المخاطر والتامين .
