The following is additional information I would like considered for this application:

The purpose of this application is to determine whether I qualify as a tenant. If my application is approved, Home to Own ( the Management/Landlord) and I shall sign a written lease of rental agreement. The management/Landlord and I have no rental agreement until the time that lease or written rental agreement is signed.

I hereby authorize the Landlord and Manager to investigate my credit and financial responsibility, income, rental and eviction history, and the statements made in this application, and obtain a consumer credit report on me from a consumer credit reporting agency that compiles and maintains files on consumers on a nationwide basis. I agree that a photocopy of this page of my application may be used for authorization to check all references and statement herein. All information compiled with be shared and disclosed with: Any and all mortgage/lending companies and credit/counseling service with whom Home to Own chooses to consult.

I have enclosed a sum of $______which is a non-refundable fee for a Consumer Credit Report

I hereby acknowledge that my performance under any lease or rental agreement that I may enter into with the landlord may be reported to a credit agency. I warrant and represent that I am at least 18 years of age and that all statements herein are true and correct, to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any knowingly false statements on this application will disqualify me from tenancy. I fully understand the Home to Own LLC reserves the right to reject my application because of misrepresentation, misleading, conflicting, vague, or false information given by me: omission of any information that is pertinent in determining qualifications or eligibility. I understand that if any false, misleading or incomplete information is contained in this application that the application will be denied and any rental agreement entered into will be terminated.

I acknowledge that the Manager and the agent and employees thereof represent the interest of the landlord, but they also have a duty to treat all parties fairly and in accordance with the fair housing law, and to disclose material adverse facts about the property. I acknowledge that I can request a copy of a sample lease and rental agreement, and that one was provided to me upon request. I also was given the opportunity to review the Landlords rules and regulations.
