Time: Session 1 – warm-up 12pm, session start time 12.30pm.

Session 2 – warm-up 3.15pm, session start time 3.45pm.

Session timings subject to change after all entries are collated.

Ages & Distances: 9 years and under – 25m & 50m distances.

10 & 11 years – 50m distances.

  • Noswimmingbagswillbeallowedontopoolsideduetothelimitedspaceavailable.
  • Therewillbeamplelockersavailable.
  • Nofood mustbeconsumedatpoolside;thereisadesignatedareajustoutsidethepoolarea.
  • Marshalling willbe4heatsin advance.
  • Swimmers out-withthepoolsideareaMUSTweardryclothingandfootwearatall times.
  • Outdoorfootwearmustnotbewornonthepoolsidearea.
  • Swimmers mustactontheinstructiongiven bymeetofficialsandbehavein areasonablemanneratalltimes.

Only swimmers andcoacheswillbeallowedpoolside,otherthan inthedesignatedseatingarea.

Swimmers andcoachesmustnottakeglasswareintotheshowersor ontopoolside, andareliable forexpulsion from themeetiffoundtodoso.

Miscellaneous

NeitherMusselburghMarlinsASC norMusselburghLeisureCentrecan orwillbeheldresponsibleforlossor damagetoswimmers,teamstaff orspectator’sproperty.

MusselburghMarlinASCretainstherighttoamendany oftheaboveconditionsasnecessary.

Officials

To ensure the smooth running of this meet, we request all clubs coming to the event nominate and provide timekeepers in line with East District rules.

All officials are asked to make themselves available at least half an hour prior to the start of each session for registration and briefing.

Whites are not compulsory – clothing with a summer theme is encouraged.

  • I confirm that all swimmers are current members of SASA and have paid the appropriate membership fee.
  • I understand that any swimmer entered without a SASA registration number will be automatically rejected.
  • I confirm that all swimmers have trained and are competent to dive in the pool, any swimmer unable to do so, will start in the water and notify the referee in advance.
