CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • All riders must be a PCAWA member or hold the PCAWA annual adult insurance to compete.
  • Pony club uniform is encouraged for PCAWA members, OPEN PCAWA riders must wear long sleeve/competition attire.
  • Riders age as of 1st January 2016
  • ALL riders MUST wear approved safety helmets and should be familiar with the PCAWA gear checking policy.
  • Strictly NO ALCOHOL is to be consumed on the grounds.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS.
  • NO DOGS on the grounds
  • The committee of the Murray horse and pony club reserve the right to cancel, alter or combine and events they may deem necessary
  • Competitors are asked to please not approach the judges during the events, if you have any queries please come to the clubrooms.
  • Please ensure that you close the gate on both entry and exit from the grounds
  • ALL manure is to please be picked up and in the manure bins provided
  • Due to the upgrades to the MEA grounds and persons on the ground during any MH&PC event MUST adhere to safety directions as set by the Murray shire during construction phase.
