Multiparty Collaboration Award:
This award is open to groups and consortia involving three or more parties working together on an innovative research project and include a research partner from Scottish academia and at least one business. Applications should demonstrateinnovation and impact as a result of working togetheron a particular project to solve a common challenge while also having a significant benefit for each individual party involved.
All businesses that are part of a multiparty group or consortium and have collaborated with a Scottish academic institution within the last five years (relationship initiated from 1st August 2012), are eligible to apply. This must be a minimum of three individual parties that have come together to address a specific challenge or opportunity that is innovative and relevant to industry. For example, we would encourage applications from groups of businesses working together with an academic partner or a business working with an academic and civic partner. While projects involving more than three parties that have been supported by industry-focused research or innovation centres are eligible, the industry-focused research or innovation centres themselves will not be eligible to apply.
