Provide a full range of architectural services in compliance with RIBA 8 Stage Plan of Work, and including:

Masterplanning

Prepare development frameworks and masterplans for major development and regeneration projects, that meet regulatory approval, including:

  • Illustrative material and briefing documents
  • Resolving social, economic, statutory and financial issues
  • Advising on development proposals submitted by others

Landscape Architecture

Evaluate existing landscapes and generate development proposals, including:

  • Development potential and land use planning
  • Concept design, landscape strategies, sketch design and budget estimates
  • Liaison with Planning Authorities
  • Environmental land management plans
  • Public/Private realm proposals
  • Public Art

Ecology and Biodiversity

Ecological surveys, assessments and reports, including:

  • Liaison with Natural England, the Environment Agency, Local Authorities and other special interest or statutory groups
  • Habitat management and creation
  • Environmental Impact Assessments
  • Biodiversity Action Plans and mitigation schemes
  • Licensed management and mitigation for protected sites and species

Construction Design & Management (CDM) Coordinator

Provide a key project advisor in respect of construction Health Safety risk management, including:

  • Liaison with the Health & Safety Executive
  • Ensure compliance of design and Designers with CDM 2007
  • Provide pre-construction information to Designers, the Principal Contractor, and others
  • Prepare, review or update the Health and Safety File
  • Safety inspections
  • Risk assessments

Property

Provide property consultancy services in relation to housing, retail, and commercial properties, including:

  • Compliance with current RICS best practice
  • Assist in the preparation of draft Development Briefs
  • Provision of marketing advice

General Services

  • Act as lead consultant and manage other subconsultants
  • Liaise as necessary with client, consultant, legal and project teams
  • Manage subconsultants where required to deliver coverage across all areas of the Framework and across all services
  • Provide collateral warranties and assignments as appropriate
  • Observe Health & Safety statutory requirements or regulations
  • Application of environmentally sustainable practices
  • Review Client briefs to assess compliance with desired outcome
  • Provide a full and comprehensive range of archaeological services
  • Provide general technical advice
