Application Process

Admissions Office
The online application form is only supported with the Internet Explorer browser.
1. Fill out the online Application Form, available on during the application period
2. Check your personal data carefully and click “Confirm” (Applicant can not change any information after the confirmation)
3. Collect the required documents
- Official Transcript
- High School Diploma or Certificate (If graduated)
1) Certificate from the Ministry of Education, Thailand
2) Diploma or certificate from an international school or an overseas institution
- Letter of student status (If studying)
- Three 1”x 1” photographs (wearing a school uniform)
- Official TOEFL, IELTS or SAT I scores with at least 2 years validity (if any)
- Two recommendation letters from two teachers
- A photocopy of one’s identification card or passport (for overseas students)
- A photocopy of an official document showing one’s present status of residency
- A certification letter from the Ministry of Education, Thailand, if graduated from an international school or overseas institution

4.Submit the required documents through:
1) Walk-in application
- Submit documents and the application fee at the Admissions Office, Mahidol University International College (Applicants must wear a school uniform or be formally dressed). or
2) Mail
- Submit documents and the application fee (money order or transfer application fee paid to Mahidol University International College, Siam Commercial Bank account number 333-208153-4) one week before the application deadline to:

Remark: Applicants who send document by mail must contact the Admissions Office within 1 week in order to get the Exam ID Card and document.
International Relations Office
1. Fill out on-line application form – make sure you select the right category.
2. Once complete the application, click “submit”, print a copy out for your reference, fax the complete form
to the International Relations Office at 66 2 441 0232.
3. Send the required documents over to the International Relations Office, Mahidol University International College, 999 Buddhamonthon 4 Rd., Salaya, Nakornpathom, 73170 THAILAND
4. Once receive the application package, the International Relations Office will forward it to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs – the consideration normally takes no more than 2 weeks.
5. Once approve, the International Relations Office will issue letter of acceptance as well as letter for visa application to be sent to your given mailing address. However, the office will keep you updated via email with your application status, approval, and mailing.
6. Along with the letters, the office will provide student ID number, instruction on on-line registration, and international student welcome guidebook.
