The attached entry form to be completed by each participant and all entries for each group must be e-mailed or faxed to us no later than June 10, 2009. Entry fee for participant is SR. 35/- only.

TEAM TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS

  • This tournament is open for all GC 03-10 & 11+ male employees of Saudi Aramco and will consisting of Men’s Doubles Team Tournament in four flight i.e. A, B, C & D.
  • Refreshments and Lunch & Snacks will be provided on (Friday) June 19, 2009.
  • The tournament will be played on knock out basis and best of three games, 21 points with settings as per WBF rules. If there is less entry in any particular flight, the organizing committee will decide whether to play round robin or knock out system.
  • Partners in Doubles should be of compatible playing standards. Team willbe placed in the flight of the highest rated partner.
  • Club representatives should make sure that the clubs’ entries are correctly filled and selected the right flights prior to submission.
  • Matches will be started as schedule and players are requested to report to the court on time.
  • Organizing Committee’s decision will be final in placing all the players in respective flights according to player/s potential.
  • Warming up times in the court will be restricted to 5 minutes.
  • No food or beverages will be allowed inside the gymnasium.
  • The Tournament Technical Committee will have the final decision in any disputeor in any unusual situation during game /tournament, which are not mentioned above. The winners and runners-up will be awarded after the game.
