Dear Host Examiner

Confidentiality of the delivery of the MRCP(UK) Part 2 Clinical Examination (PACES) is of paramount importance.

I would be grateful if you could emphasise to all members of the organising team that they must adhere to strict confidentiality at all times. Signatures are required from the members of the organising team (including all administrative staff, clinical staff and surrogates) to confirm that they will not divulge to a third party at any time details of clinical cases, scenarios or any other aspect of station content derived from their involvement in the current diet of PACES.

This document should be countersigned by you as the Host Examiner and handed to the Chair of Examiners for inclusion in the formal report on Examination delivery. Thank you for your co-operation in this regard.
