Rental Fees:
20% off Hourly Rental for Fridays and Sundays All Year!
· $275/hour mansion rental (4 hour minimum, includes chairs, set up and break down for ceremony and reception, banquet tables, table linens, linen napkins, stemware, flatware, china, rose centerpieces and on site event coordinator)
· $50/hour - ceremony rehearsal (usually Thursday)
· $50/hour - decorating time/hour (clients or outside vendors to decorate the club outside of rental time)
· Deposit required: Rental deposit is the 4 hour minimum, which is credited to your account ($1100/$880). Damage deposit of $200, which is returned within 30 days of your event (barring no damage to the mansion) for a total of $1300/$1080.
Food Related Fees:
· $3500 - Food and beverage minimum May - December (service fee, tax and meal style fees not applicable)
· $2500 - Food and beverage minimum January - April (service fee, tax and meal style fee not applicable)
· Menu pricing reflects single entree buffet meal and are subject to change. Fees are not applied to food minimums.
Buffet pricing: Double entrée option, add $3.00 to higher priced item
Triple entrée option, add $6.00 to higher priced item
Plated pricing: Single entrée option, add $3.00 to menu price
Double entrée option, add $6.00 to menu price
Family style pricing: Single entrée option, add $3.00 to menu price
Double entrée option, add $6.00 to higher priced item
Duet dinner pricing: Double entree, plated, add $6.00 to higher priced item
· $180 Buttercream Bakery bakery credit (applies to bakery items only and cannot be applied to food and beverage minimums)
· $1.00/serving cake-cutting fee (applies to all vendors other than Buttercream Bakery)
· $20/person - 1 hour private tasting with chef and event coordinator (preset days/times)
· 17% service fee on all food and beverage items
· 7.625% sales tax on all applicable items
Bar Related Fees:
· $150/50 guests - bar usage fee (includes bartender/s (quantity at club’s discretion), ice, bar glassware, beverage napkins,
straws, picks and liability insurance). Based on final guest count.
· $60/tap used - keg tap rental (2 available)
· $200 - security officer, flat fee (subject to change)
Optional Service Fees:
· $100/hour/each service - butler passed hors d'oeuvres, champagne and/or wine
· $250 - tableside wine service (duration of dinner)
· $1.50/serving- serve cake to guests
· $100 - coat check
· Valet parking: based on final guest count
$200 for 35 - 50 guests
$400 for 51 - 150 guests
$600 for 151 - 250 guests
Optional Rental Fees:
· $50.00 - each fireplace rental (7 available)
· $175.00 - décor package - indoor staircase and outdoor pillars decorated with fresh roses and greens
· $30.00/pair - pillar stand rental (3 x 1 ½ x 1 ½)
· $100.00 - arbor rental, decorated with tulle, fresh roses and greens
· $50.00 - votive candle rental
· $4.50/chair - chair cover and sash (available in a wide variety of colors, includes labor)
· $50.00 - mirror rental, beveled square
· $10.00 - card box and cake knife rental, each
· $200.00 - tulle and light display on ceiling of the Great Hall (includes labor)
· $200.00 - Steinway piano rental (includes tuning)
· $300.00 - dance floor rental (12’ x 18’)
· $15.00/large round table rental (seats 8 - 10)
· $15.00/high top cocktail style table
· $10.00/lantern rental (includes candles and sheppard poles)
· $100.00 - sweets bar (includes containers, scoops & labor)
· $20.00 - A/V rental (includes wireless mic & speaker, portable screen or screen in Great Hall and projector)
St. Paul College Club Wedding Services
Our historic Georgian Mansion, with its charm and elegance, is an ideal setting for weddings and special celebrations!
Rental
Guests will enjoy a variety of unique rooms and will have exclusive use of the entire mansion and grounds including the Living Room, Dining Room, Library, Sun-Room, Great Hall, Bride and Groom’s Room, and the Gold Room, affectionately labeled the “Nanny Room” for those with young children in attendance. We also feature a beautiful garden utilized for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours.
· Friday and Saturday rental is $275 per hour (minimum of 4 hours). Save 20% off rental for Fridays November-
April, and Sundays all year!
· Rental includes: chairs for ceremony and reception, banquet tables, linen table clothes and linen napkins, flatware, china, stemware, rose centerpieces for each guest table, set up and breakdown for ceremony and reception and an onsite event coordinator to assist you in planning.
Catering
All catering services are provided for you on site at the St. Paul College Club. You can choose from our extensive menu created by our personal French chef.
Whether you’re looking for a traditional plated dinner or a casual family style reception, our on site staff will take care of all your catering needs.

Bring in your own alcohol, soft drinks, juices, and mixers and we will be happy to serve it for you!
There is a $150.00 bar usage fee per every 50 guests. This includes bartender/s, ice, bar glassware (including, but not limited to champagne and wine glasses), beverage napkins, straws and liability insurance for you and your guests.
