I refer to your application received on 29 August 2017 and subsequent documentation submitted for approval pursuant to the following conditions of the planning permission detailed above.

6. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the proposed scheme for the management of surface water on the site, including ground investigations confirming groundwater levels, infiltration rates and soakage testing, in accordance with BRE365, shall be submitted to and approved by the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport. I confirm that the submitted details are approved under the power delegated to me by the County Council.I can also confirm that there are no further outstanding details required pursuant to the conditions imposed on this planning permission, however I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the Director of Communities, Economy and Transport is required to be notified of the date of the first use of the Multi-Use Games Area outside of School hours as set out within Condition 10 of the above planning permission.
