Mr. Sim Khee Lau, CFPCM

Head of Phillip Managed Accounts (PMA), Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL)

Mr. Sim oversees all aspects of the private client and asset management business of PMA. He chairs the Investment Committee and sits on the Board and Investment Committee of Phillip Mutual Bhd, PSPL’s Malaysian unit trust company.

He has been in the investment industry since 1983 and has extensive experience in asset allocation and management of active funds, insurance funds, investment trusts and alternative investments. He was previously a Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Management with United Overseas Bank as well as Secretary of the Investment Committee. Prior to his investment appointment, he was the Head of Corporate Planning. He was also a Board member of several of the UOB group of companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from NUS BusinessSchooland the CFPCM certification.

William Tan is the Head of Sales for Franklin Templeton Investments in Singapore.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments, William worked as a consultant & trainer focusing in investment & wealth management. Before that, he was with a major foreign bank in Singapore managing a portfolio of high networth foreign clients. He has close to 15 years of banking & finance exposure from commercial banking to wealth management.

William graduated with a BBA majoring in Financial Management & Economics and also holds a Master of Applied FinancefromMacquarieUniversity, Sydney.He is also a Certified Risk Professional (CRP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP)Senior Associate of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (SA Fin).

Mr. Alistair Thompson

Deputy Head of Asia Pacific (ex-Japan), FirstState Investment

Alistair Thompson joined FirstState’s Asia Pacific (ex-Japan)/Global Emerging Markets team in January 2003 in the role of Senior Portfolio Manager for Asia Pacific Equities. Alistair plays a supporting role in the management of Global Emerging Markets product, and has specific responsibility for research on Australasian companies. Following the merger of the Edinburgh-based Asia Pacific team with the Hong Kong and Singapore Asian teams in September 2003, Alistair took on the role of Deputy Head of Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) and relocated to Singapore in December 2003.

Alistair joined FirstState from Edinburgh Fund Managers where he worked for nine years and was Head of Asia Pacific (ex Japan). Alistair was the portfolio manager for a range of open ended funds and a leading investment trust. Prior to joining Edinburgh Fund Managers in November 1993, he worked for CIM Fund Managers where he started managing their money market funds from 1990 and their Asian funds from 1992, having joined the firm in 1989.

Alistair holds a Diploma in Fund Management from the Securities Institute of London.

Mr. Pang focuses on client relationship management, marketing and business development portion within PMA. He was previously an Equity Research Associate with Ardour Capital in New York where he covered companies within the Alternative Energy Technology sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from NanyangTechnologicalUniversity and a Master of Business Administration from FordhamUniversity in New York City.

Ms. Grace Chan

Miss Grace Chan is the Associate Director of Phillip Futures Singapore. She joined the PhillipCapital Group in 2000 and has since participated in the development of various financial instruments within the group. For the past 5 years, Grace has been actively involved in the development of the Spot Forex market and spearheading business development initiatives within Phillip Futures. Grace is an experienced speaker who has often travelled within the region to give seminars on Forex trading.

Grace graduated from the National University of Singapore with an Honours Degree in Arts.
