Dear Robert,

Thank you for your generous and continued support of the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. Over the past several years, Lipman Brothers has made a tremendous impact by making our events memorable with special brands of wine and liquor. Your support has enabled the Frist Center to focus resources and funding on world-class exhibitions and educational programming.

Thank you so much for your support by providing an in-kind donation of wine, liquor, and beer to the 2012 Frist Gala. On Saturday, May 5 the Frist Center will welcome more than 500 guests to the annual black tie Gala to celebrate To See as Artists See: American Art from the Phillips Collection.

In return for your in-kind donation valued at $10,000, the Frist Center will offer Lipman Brothers the following marketing and hospitality opportunities:

·  Recognition for Robert Lipman as a Spring Night Patron. Patrons will be recognized on the Conte Community Arts Gallery wall for one year, next to a masterpiece in the exhibition of their choosing, in the Frist Gala program, in the Frist member newsletter, and in the Annual Report.

·  2 seats at the Patron Party to be held at the home of Jennifer and Billy Frist on

Wednesday, April 25

·  2 tickets to the Frist Gala

·  Logo recognition on the Gala Patron wall located in the Conte Community Arts Gallery

·  Recognition on all bar signage at the Frist Gala

·  Recognition in the Gala Program with listing of wine pairings featured on the menu

·  Company name listed on the Corporate Partners wall for 12 months

·  50 free admission passes (can be used at Frist Fridays) to use throughout the year

·  A venue rental discount of $700 to be used toward any room rental fee

We are grateful for our partnership with Lipman Brothers. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments about the details of this proposal.

With warmest thanks,
